Community Involvement.
Richard is a past member of the Abbotsford-Matsquai Rotary Club. The Abbotsford Rotary Clubs have a high profile in this community. Richard was a co-director of the community services of the club. This year our main fund raising is the 'Wine Tasting' event held annually at Seven Oaks Mall in late May.
Connie currently is BC/Yukon President of the Business and Professional Women's Club. This club deals with women's issues, education, personal growth, and networking. The club promotes the "Woman of the Year" awards of which we are one of the sponsors.
Richard and Connie are also sponsors of the 'Valley Concert Series', that brings different musical performers to Abbotsford at a very reasonable price.

In this present downturn in the Real Estate market different strategies have to be used. We have been through these downturns before. In the last downturn, from 1994-2001, we sold a phenomenal 85% of our listings. The average was 55%.
